A Key Worker can facilitate communication between the caregivers, multi-disciplinary team, medical and educational services.
A Key Worker are experts in navigating the NDIS. They can help caregivers to understand the child’s plan, plan for NDIS reviews, co-ordinate the therapy team and collate documentation required for NDIS reviews, planning meetings.
A Key Workers facilitate goal development by identifying areas of concern with caregivers and therapists. Key Workers provide caregiver education and support aligned with therapist recommendations utilising natural environments, which include home, school or the community.
